My approach
I offer a warm, thoughtful, and non-judgmental space for adults seeking support. My approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. I believe that healing begins when we feel seen, heard, and understood — not judged or pathologised.
As a pluralistic therapist, I draw from a range of approaches to tailor therapy to you as an individual, because no single way of working fits everyone. Together, we can find an approach that feels supportive, manageable, and right for you.
How I work
I aim to provide a calm, safe space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. There is no pressure to share everything at once — we can take time to build trust and work in a way that feels comfortable for you.
My work is trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, and inclusive of people of all genders, cultural backgrounds, identities, and faiths. I recognise that your experiences, identity, and environment all shape how you move through the world, and I aim to meet you with respect and understanding.
Areas I Support
I specialise in working with adults who may be experiencing:
- Childhood trauma
- Narcissistic abuse
- Neurodivergence exploration
- Anxiety and depression
- Low self-worth and self-doubt
- Relationship difficulties
- Identity and sense of self
- Life transitions and change
Many of the people I work with have spent a long time adapting to others’ needs and may feel unsure of who they are or what they need. Therapy can offer a space to reconnect with yourself and begin to move forward in a way that feels more grounded and authentic.
A Little More About the Work
I often work with people who feel unseen, unheard, or disconnected from themselves. Together, we can gently explore what has shaped you, make sense of your experiences, and begin to rebuild from a place of greater understanding and self-compassion.
