What to Expect

Sessions are a space for you to talk, reflect, and explore your experiences in a way that feels manageable. There is no pressure to share everything at once — we can go at a pace that feels right for you.

  • £55 per session
  • Payment required 48 hours in advance

Initial Consultation

All new clients begin with a free 20-minute online consultation. This is a chance for us to meet, talk about what brings you to therapy, and see whether working together feels like the right fit. There’s no obligation to continue.


Frequency

Some people prefer weekly sessions, while others choose a different rhythm. We can find something that works for you and review it as we go.


Cancellations

I understand that sometimes life happens and I will work to be as flexible as possible if things need to be changed around. Please note that least 24 hours’ notice is required when cancelling a session. Late cancellations or missed sessions are charged in full. For more information, please see my Terms & Conditions.


Common Questions

Do I need a referral? No — you can contact me directly.

Is online therapy effective? Many people find it just as effective as face-to-face work and peer reviewed evidence shows that it works just as well.

Do you work with children or couples? I currently work with individual adults only.

How do you take payment? I accept bank transfers, card payments and also referrals from health insurances companies such as AXA or Vitality.

Do you offer concessionary rates? I offer reduced rates to students and those on means tested benefits, please contact me for more information.
